GC2018 – Festival Hub

If you are spending the Easter School Holidays in Brisbane it is well worth checking out what is happening at the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games Festival Hub in Brisbane.

The main Festival Hub is at South Bank’s Cultural Forecourt and is presented by The Star Gold Coast, in addition the festival extends across to Brisbane’s CBD at King George Square, City Botanic Gardens, Roma Street Parklands and laneways in between. Events are also being hosted at Brisbane Powerhouse, Flowstate, Griffith Film School, Museum or Brisbane, Queensland Art Gallery, Reddacliff Place, Tony Gould Gallery and Sir Thomas Brisbane Planetarium.

Blak Friday is a celebration of our First Nations peoples and intimate stories will be told from Brisbane’s refugees at The Village.
